GUEST INFO

The guest policy is intended to ensure that all members can comfortably enjoy the Lake while preserving the relaxed atmosphere that defines our club.

 

General Guidelines

• Accompaniment: Members are welcome and encouraged to bring guests, provided that all guests are accompanied by a member at all times.

• Arrival and Registration: Upon arrival, guests must be signed in using the Boathouse Guest Log or by scanning the QR code below, and introduced to the Club Manager or staff on duty.

• Visitation Limits: Adult guests are limited to a maximum of three (3) visits per year, regardless of which member is hosting them. Children have no visitation limits, except that they are limited to attending one full week of camp as a guest.

 

Guest Fee & Facility Use

• Facility Use ($10 Daily Fee): A daily guest fee of $10 applies to any guest using the facilities. Facility uses include: water activities (swimming, boating, fishing), the sandbox, ice skating, and rackets (tennis, paddle, pickleball).

• Picnicking (No Fee): Guests who are solely visiting to picnic anywhere on the grounds, and do not use the facilities mentioned above are welcome at no charge.

 

Group Gatherings

• Definition: Any gathering of more than 12 guests per party is considered a "Group Event." This applies regardless of how many host members are present.

• Registration: All Group Events must be registered in advance with the Club Manager. Large, unregistered gatherings of more than 12 guests are not permitted.

• Approval & Fees: Event approval is subject to scheduling, facility capacity, and overall member use of the Lake Club on and around that day. Standard guest fees or private party rentals will apply to attendees using the facilities.
